At the Cooperate Night of Entrepreneurs, the executive Director of Global Women Impact was opportune to be one of the Speakers. Delightfully, she shared on the theme “The customers voice” where she explained how crucial it is to take the customers voice into consideration in any entrepreneurial venture intended.

Being a trained and experienced customer service representative for over half a decade, she further explained what her view of entrepreneurship, what the customers voice is, how to enhance it and it’s benefits. Some of the key points she mentioned are:

✓Entrepreneurship is first a spirit(that’s why people say ‘the spirit of Entrepreneurship) and a vision; Not every business man is an entrepreneur but every entrepreneur can own a business.

✓Entrepreneurs are agents of change, those who challenge status quo, they are solution bringers by identifying a problem, they forecast challenges, they know being consistent is good but knowing when to change strategy is better and most importantly, they know that knowledge does not only need to be CORRECT but also CURRENT.

✓Entrepreneurship will not be effective without the customers voice taken into consideration and one way to do this by implementing effective customer service which does not only need to be onsite but online using digital apps as we are in the 21st Century.

With good examples, experiences, observations, she delivered the message in the simplest yet impactful way possible to ensure that entrepreneurs stand out ..
