Through out the year, 2024, I was opportune to work with Data girls technologies as program assistant for the STEM- REACH project.The STEM-REACH project aimed to empowering women aged 18-35 in underserved communities with vital tech skills.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The communities targeted were Idenau, Mamie, Tiko and Buea town communities. At least 50 women from each of this rural communities acquired computer skills for a period of two months and graduated. This opportunity to create impact honed my skills, gave me fulfillment and greatly meets Global women impact mission of empowering women to be relevant in their communities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In today’s digital age, the importance of digitalization cannot be overstated, and we are committed to spreading this impact far and wide.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Together, we aim to encourage more women to explore and pursue careers in STEM fields. Let\u2019s break barriers and build a brighter future for all.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
